• I remember running into Mark at the local hobby shop. At the time, I didn't feel like I know him that well but we ended up gabbing for close to an hour. He was very knowledgeable about a wide variety of military subjects and kits. width:727;;height:800
  • Over the years Mark has been a colorful addition to our club. We enjoyed seeing his finished kits as well as sharing aspirations of new projects. He was one of us and will be missed. Our hearts go out to his family and friends at this time. - Brian G. width:800;;height:629

  • Last time I talked to Mark was over "Pie" after our June Model Club Meeting (our after meeting gabfest and dinner). He spoke to me briefly about his illness and his outlook was amazing.
I knew he was in poor shape, but had no idea he would leave us so soon. width:800;;height:533
  • I will remember our long discussions about modeling, airplanes and history forever and I will miss that smile and slightly warped sense of humor.
width:800;;height:533

  • Mark donated his entire collection of over 300 unbuilt kits to the club. Proceeds from kit sales played a key factor in the success of our Boise Fall Show that attracted over 400 entries. The club also voted to donate a portion of money raised to aid one of our member's recent hospital bills. width:800;;height:599
